1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Gikundiro application ("App") or website ("Site"), operated by Ikanisa Labs on behalf of Rayon Sports Football Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Gikundiro is a digital fan engagement platform providing:

• Live match information, scores, and statistics
• Club news, videos, and media content
• Squad and player information
• Membership registration and management
• Merchandise browsing and purchasing
• Match ticket selection
• Fan community features (Fan Wall)
• BioPay face-based payment system (optional)

3. USER ACCOUNTS

The App uses anonymous authentication. No registration is required. By using the app, an anonymous session is created automatically. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and session.

4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

4.1 Merchandise

All merchandise prices are displayed in Rwandan Francs (RWF). Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.

4.2 Membership

Membership subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through the app. Refunds for partial months are not provided.

4.3 Tickets

Match tickets are subject to availability. Purchased tickets are non-refundable unless the match is cancelled by the organisers. Ticket resale is prohibited.

4.4 Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, and bank cards. All payment processing is handled by third-party providers under their own terms.

5. USER CONDUCT

When using the App, you agree NOT to:

• Post offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory content on the Fan Wall
• Impersonate other users, players, or club officials
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the App's systems
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data without authorization
• Circumvent any security measures

Violation may result in immediate suspension of access without notice.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within the App — including the Rayon Sports name, crest, "Gikundiro" branding, player images, match data, and design elements — is owned by Rayon Sports FC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. BIOPAY TERMS

If you opt into BioPay:

• You consent to facial feature processing for identity verification
• All biometric data is processed on-device and stored as encrypted mathematical representations
• You may withdraw consent and delete your biometric data at any time
• BioPay transactions are subject to the same refund policies as standard purchases

8. DISCLAIMERS

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of match scores or statistics (data may be delayed)
• Availability of specific merchandise or tickets

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Rwandan law, Rayon Sports FC and Ikanisa Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Kigali, Rwanda.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
